The concentration can change the properties of the suspension,because after the concentration of the suspension reaches a certain value,its viscosity is no longer a constant value,which belongs to non-Newtonian fluid properties.For the suspension of fine particles,the filter cake resistance of the low-concentration slurry is greater than that of the high-concentration slurry,so increasing the concentration can improve the filtration performance.

As the material level of the ceramic vacuum filter tank increases,the suction time of the ceramic filter plate in the vacuum zone increases,the thickness of the suction slurry increases,and the production capacity increases.However,the drying time is relatively shortened,and the moisture content of the concentrate will increase appropriately.The ceramic vacuum filter selects the best material level to ensure that the production capacity and concentrate moisture meet the requirements.
